I got all geared up to sell my Florida loft fast and move into a new arena. I wanted to move further down south and be away from the city. I started looking around and found a location that I certainly liked. I ended up calling on it way sooner than expected. It was nice having an arena while I renovated my new one. I could tear out the floors without any furniture. I scraped the snack ceilings, painted all the walls, and cleaned everything from top to bottom. Eventually it got to the point that I just wanted to move in. I had a heck of a time selling my aged property. My real estate agent was super unreliable and I ended up choosing a new one midway. Then I just couldn’t get any bites. I started getting miserable dealing with agents, renovating, and cleaning a condo I wanted no part of. So I eventually threw in the towel and started researching. I found things like my buddy and I buying homes for money. And I typed in to sell my Jax loft fast for money. The Florida money house buyer I found was great. There was no back and forth. It was a clear split price, some paperwork, and then my buddy and I were done. I feel kind of crazy that I messed around with agents so ong. I could have gotten away without making all those renovations and cleaning the arena. I feel like that was just money wasted too. In the end, I am certainly glad that I finally got that condo off my hands. It was certainly starting to become a financial drain.
