I think I am going to have to get rid of some of these companies from our list of providers
I am particularly beginning to get frustrated with our pallet rack transport companies that my friend and I have been using to transport freight for our Jacksonville logistics companies. My pal and I hire bizarre pallet rack transport companies to handle moving our freight all over the country and also to some of our neighboring countries, as well. Most of the time, my friend and I don’t have any problems with the people that my friend and I hire to do our pallet rack transport; However, when you do this kind of toil for a particularly long time, then once in a while, you end up toiling with someone who just does not have the same kind of toil ethic or values as you or your dealer. That’s exactly what my friend and I have run across lately, unfortunately for us. I have to say that I am getting particularly frustrated with it. I think I am going to have to get rid of some of these companies from our list of providers. I never particularly love firing people or cutting vendors or smaller companies loose when they have been toiling with us for a long time, although I also don’t want to ruin the reputation of our business by using people who are not up to our standards. I know that these pallet rack transport companies particularly need us and our giant contracts in order to be able to survive as a dealer, but when they don’t do the job the correct way, then it’s their own fault if they lose our contract. I think that I’m going to have to do some severe reevaluations this fall when their contracts come up for renewal with us.
