I am looking for local home buyers in the Jacksonville, FL area but so far I haven’t absolutely had all that much luck. I need some local home buyers in this area of northeast Florida because I want to sell a house with late mortgage payments. I have been having an absolutely difficult time making ends meet lately, in addition to at this point I just am not going to be able to make it. I don’t want to go into bankruptcy, that’s for sure. At this point, I feel that I am going to have to sell the condo to avoid going into bankruptcy. I don’t want to do that, although I also don’t want to have to go bankrupt in addition to ruining my credit for years in addition to years into the future. I don’t know what to do about it though. I don’t even know if you can sell a condo when going bankrupt, honestly. I feel that the best thing to do at this point is to try to sell my condo fast in addition to selling it for money. If I sell the condo for money to local people here in Northeast Florida, then it’s going to be better for everyone around. It will absolutely be better for me, but I don’t want to lose money on the house. I would at least make a little bit of money by selling the condo for money, that’s for sure. Cash home buyers would be cheerful about it too because they would be getting a good little condo for next to almost nothing!
