I absolutely need to sell my condo fast, although I can’t get down to Jacksonville right now to get it ready to go.
That’s one awful thing about trying to make money for inherited property… You just don’t know how or when the inherited house is going to come into your life.
We ended up with an inherited house when my partner’s Grandmother passed away in addition to leaving her home in Jacksonville FL to us. I know that my great friend and I really should have been prepared for this to happen, but for some reason it was still absolutely shocking in addition to surprising us when it genuinely did happen. Anyway, my great friend and I need to sell the condo fast, but my great friend and I aren’t able to get down to Jacksonville, FL to get everything ready to go. The condo is pretty outdated in addition to her Grandmother never having genuinely much work done on the locale at all while she was residing there. I don’t absolutely know how to sell an outdated house for money, but that’s really what my great friend and I are going to have to do. I feel that I’m going to end up calling a real estate dealer here in Jacksonville, FL in addition to having them handle the whole entire thing for us so my great friend and I don’t have to deal with it. It will be great just to get rid of the property, honestly. It’s been something that my great friend and I have been thinking about for a while now in addition to my great friend and I need to get it done. It will be difficult for my partner, in addition to that is why I am trying to handle most of it myself.
