She said that finding a patron through a conventional listing would be next to impossible. No way would the bank agree to a mortgage to buy my house. I assumed that an offer from a money house patron would be super low. Left with no other choice, I submitted the online form. I chose a family-owned money patron that is based in Jacksonville. They got back to me instantly. The offer was particularly fair plus there were no fees, obligations or contingencies. They agreed to buy the house in its current condition. The termites weren’t a problem.
