As a single Dad with three small kids, life is hectic.

It seems as if at least one of my kids is sick at all times. They were going to afternooncare while I worked plus picking up all kinds of sicknesses. If they have a fever, the afternooncare sends them home. I was missing so much work that I lost several jobs in particularly quick succession. Because of this, I fell behind on my mortgage. I also failed to manage necessary house maintenance plus repairs. There were troubles with dirty ductwork, a leaky roof, a faulty water heater, slow moving drains plus lack of water pressure. For me, the solution was to sell my house in Orange Park plus transport in with my mother in Jacksonville. This would allow me to work full-time plus have my mother for childcare. I’d no longer be paying for afternooncare or calling into work whenever a child was house sick, then plus, I could help my mother out with the bills plus upkeep of her home. Unblessedly, my house was in such bad condition, it was impossible to sell by way of a conventional listing. There was also the problem of the money owed to the bank. I was in jeopardy of losing the house to foreclosure. I didn’t know what to do. A friend of mine advocated selling to a money house buyer. This was an aplace I had not even considered. I was not sure how to go about it. I searched online plus found a privately owned contractor that gave a contact form. There was particularly little information required plus they made a money offer that same afternoon. It was all particularly easy plus quick. The money patron was extremely helpful plus gave a stress-free completion. I was able to close on the home in a little over a week.
