This process applies a new roof over top of the old roof. It saves a great deal of time, labor and expense. It made the project much more affordable. I was able to choose the style and color of shingles to complement the home. Now that the job is completed, I have all the benefits of a new roof. The improvement to curb appeal is amazing. The house is definitely more energy efficient and protected from the elements. I’ve noticed a decrease in my heating and cooling bills and more consistent temperature from room to room. We deal with less noise pollution.
